YOu are who you are and you are loved.

Some people spend their entire lives searching for half of what you have.

basically the problem is you have accept what you are, who you are, what you have, what you will have. That’s not compromise, that’s learning to love you. Sometimes it may be understanding that other people accept you, you are just fine the way you are. I said that 2 years ago and I stand by it now.

I need to go now. I don’t want to, Speedy is working nights and I hate him not being here, I hate that the bed seems so massive, that I get cold, that he’s not there making his weirdy noises, shedding like a golden retriever and looking like a corpse.

IN NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKERS

Which is the most appealing accent to you?
Irish. Dublin, Northside to be precise oops , that should obviously read American, Minnesotan / Twin Cities area… ;)

Which is the sexiest?
I actually think a Cornish accent is incredibly sexy…

Which is the least attractive/most annoying?
Belfast, or possibly Scottish, like the accents in “The high road”

Is there a ‘kindest’ one?
Canadian

Any that appears ‘stupid’?
Definately Brummie, I too apologise.

IN NON NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKERS

Swedish

Which is the sexiest?
Italian

Which is the least attractive/most annoying?
French accents make my skin go all crawly, they sound so obvious and lectchy (sorry JP, am thinking of men specifically), but German! Gah! as Dylan Moran once said it’s like listening to someone throwing a typewriter down a flight of stairs.

I don't understand — 1 week ago

how a country like the US can have such a totally screwed up health care system.

Over here we complain about “Healthcare Tourists” but you know what, as a nurse in this system of free healthcare for all regardless of everything, I find it very hard to critisize them for coming here for treatment if there is no other option, it is what I would do myself in their position.

I cannot imagine how sressful it must be to even have to consider finances when you should be staying positive and focusing on recovery.
